NIKOLAY PANGEV ATTORNEY-AT-LAW

Nikolay Pangev graduated from the Law Faculty of the Plovdiv University „Paisiy Hilendarski“. Since 2015 he is a member of the Plovdiv Bar Association.

Mr. Pangev has previous legal experience as a legal advisor to the General Labour Inspectorate Executive Agency, the Social Assistance Agency and an accounting office, as well as a legal expert at the General administration for the Complaints and Dispute Resolution of the Energy and Water Regulatory Commission.

He has completed additional tuitions and qualifications in the following fields:

• employment relations at the Institute of Public Administration;
• employment relations concerning the healthy and safe coditions of work, at the International Training Center of the International Labor Organization;
• administrative appeals and procedures at the Institute of Public Administration;
• administrative-penal activity at the International Training Center of the International Labor Organization;
• acquired legal capacity under the Law on Private Enforcement Agents.
